Fixes unnecessary explicit comment type reference #91

This fixes a bug (woops! sorry!) with the refresh functionality. The comment ID does not need to have t1_ prepended.

There still seems to be something preventing the bot from refreshing comments when it receives a request. I don't know where the bug exists and unfortunately, I'm not able to look into this deeply right now, I'll get to it tomorrow if nobody else has time to identify the issue and fix. Sorry about that.
