BugFix: About Page scrolls the whole page and not just in the about me window #33

To replicate:

Bring cursor over the sidebar and scroll See the whole page scrolling rather than nothing.

The user should:

Have nothing scroll when on the side bar component The About Me page should scroll if there is overflow on the page When the about me is scrolling the sidebar should remain where it is.

Fixed by removing padding from the root container
