Sidebar should disappear when screen size is too small #37

User Should Be Able to:

see three lines in the upper left hand part of the screen when their width is less than 600px and/or the application is in profile. Clicking the three lines opens the sidebar. When on a screen with a landscape orientation and a 600px+ the app functions as normal.

Not done yet. But really close. This was a lot bigger of a story than i thought. It probably needed to be two, one for a openable/collapsable sidebar and one for making that sidebar autoamagically collapse at a smaller screen size
