Incorrect PMID and PMCID in nXML file from NCBI FTP #62

The file pubmed19n0001.xml downloaded from NCBI FTP contains wrong PMCID for the article with PMID 10. The PubMed Article is available as a Gist. In this article, PMID is 10 and PMCID is PMC5922622. But if we go to the page of PMC5922622 in NCBI (link), it can be seen that PMID is 19271591 and not 10. Hence PMCID is not correct for the article having PMID 10 in the NCBI FTP.
