Method to uninstall? #94

This plug-in does not appear to implement Moodle's standard plugin uninstall pathways.

We no longer use Drupal as an identity provider, but we have not been able to figure out how to remove this plugin cleanly. Is there a standard process we should use?

Hi - were you ever able to remove moodle-drupalservices - did you go to the DB directly ?
