The patch contains some change :

- The "project" tag now has a "parent" attribute that refers to another
project from which a project inherits its configuration. If missing, the
project inherits the attributes of the "AllProjects" tag.

- A "MapPath" tag can be used to translate Windows directories to Unix
directories.

Don't see any patch, did you forget to upload it?

I also see there is a VS2011 folder in the attached zip in your previous 
comment (#2). Is VS2011 or 2012 correct?

Yes VS2011 should be rename by VS2012 before intregation. This issue came from 
a confusion with VC11. The modification was done by someone else then I just 
reported the comment he made...
