Add in content pagination

Added the in-page pagination to the bottom of the page content to go to the next and previous document.

Run jekyll serve
Go to http://127.0.0.1:4000/practices/
Scroll to the bottom of the content and use the new next and previous navigation
Click through all the pages and see that it jumps categories
Check the first and last pages work as expected
