Added zenhub.md #41

How we use/ should use ZenHub. Some of the points I think are fairly standard, some of them I've used my own judgement. Thoughts and amendments encouraged and welcomed.

@Lukewh Thanks for starting this document! I think it will be super useful to new members but also for documentation purposes.

@Lukewh @nottrobin @anthonydillon I think @kasiag should be the owner of this, since she is the one that signs off the process. Thoughts?
