404 page on forms sub site is from the past #324

Summary

Visit a page that doesn't exist, you'll get sent through a time tunnel to a website from the past.

Visit https://forms.canonical.com/this_page_does_not_exist

Current and expected result

See below screenshot. I'd expect something that looks vaugely like canonical.com.

@popey I will pass this on to neil messenbird, no one knows how to update forms.c.c perhaps we need another solution?
