Initial commit changing to Google‘s Unified Font Repository structure #10

Changed repo structure to Google’s UFR and build method. Added the compatible UFO sources and designspaces.

I modified and added a few build actions to allow building fonts separately. make dev will build only variable ttf of Ubuntu romans and Italics fonts. make dev-mono will build variable ttf of Ubuntu Mono fonts make build will build variable ttf, static otf, static ttf, static woff of Ubuntu roman + italics and Ubuntu Mono roman + italics.

Many things to tweak and debug but this is just an initial commit.

Looks like Italic is getting added to the exported filenames twice?

fonts/Ubuntu Mono/otf/UbuntuMono-BoldItalicItalic.otf etc
