The small caps U+01DD LATIN SMALL LETTER TURNED E does not look like its uppercase form, U+018E LATIN CAPITAL LETTER REVERSED E.

Thank you for this...as of f74f1415f90c4582d0b07c7cb87ea2f6451cfb13 it appears as a smaller version of its capital form.
