Please support all letters and sequences of DIN 91379 "Characters and defined character sequences in Unicode for the electronic processing of names and data exchange in Europe"

Current rendering

Some letters and diacritics are missing or positioned incorrectly. (Rendering using hb-view (HarfBuzz) 2.8.1 Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Font from this GitHub repo)

Thank you for submitting this!

I am applying the “enhancement” label since as far as I can tell our new version supports more of this subset than the previous version of Ubuntu, and is not documenting a regression.

Aside from the glyphs that are missing, it looks like we could improve positioning by making the following minor changes:

— Add anchors to Ccedilla/ccedilla/Ecedilla/ecedilla, etc. (ḝ) — raise anchor above t (ṫ) — shift anchor below y (ỵ)
