transfer Panose values to new sources #16

Added panose values to all instances, leaving this open until i can compare to original

Even though I did set the panose values as as custom parameter in the instance, it looks like these are not making it into the exported fonts: https://github.com/googlefonts/fontmake/issues/953

I don’t think that there are any practical consequences to not having these values, but I will leave it open and mark as blocked.

Well it would have a consequence for Ubuntu Mono. At least Microsoft's Windows Terminal seems to rely on Panose Proportion Monospace to make a particular font selectable. See here.
