Ensure Stylistic Sets have description. #22

The stylistic set ss01 lacks a description string on the 'name' table

Added descriptions from comments in the features.

Unfortunately, “Greek Stylistic Alternates” is not a very descriptive name, so I’m going to leave this open in case someone has a better suggestion.

It appears that the default forms of Iota is known as “adscript” and the form in the stylistic set is known as “subscript”.

So let’s call the stylistic set “Iota subscript”, following the title of the wikipedia article on the topic: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iota_subscript
