Incorporate subsets into build process

We would like to have several font subsets available in Woff format for targeted web use.

We can automate this using pyftsubset.

These subsets and unicode ranges are listed here: https://github.com/canonical/vanilla-framework/blob/main/scss/_base_fontfaces.scss
