Italic offset #7

Italic glyph positions are not what is expected by Glyphs, a commonly used font editor. As you can see H is not centered in its slanted sidebearings.

AFAIK this is not customizable in Glyphs: https://forum.glyphsapp.com/t/italic-angle/1606/18

For now, I am leaving as-is, not ideal for editing but consistent with previous sources.

Since we are building from UFO files, I don’t think we need to address this editor-specific thing. And imho Glyphs should really make this customizable.

If someone were to use Glyphs app, they use a Transform to shift all contours, and then apply a Transformation Filter on the Exports to shift them back, as Rainer recommends.
