mark to base positioning #72

Ą ą Ą́ ą́ Ę ę Ę́ ę́ Į į Į́ į́ Ǫ ǫ Ǫ́ ǫ́ The ogonek glyphs above can also carry the top mark. (In NAV, Navajo, the ogonek is actually centered. A GPOS shift would need to be applied for this if implemented)

The following letters can carry a cedilla in Marshallese and should be centered. (Sometimes commabelow is used but when used with the ZWJ, the cedilla can be input.) L‌̧ l‌̧ M̧ajel m̧ N‌̧ n‌̧ O̧ o̧

I’m going to mark this as a possible enhancement.

Also adding --propagate-anchors to glyphs2ufo which I think might take care of situations like the Aogonek top mark.
