Add a limit to how many times a long comment can be split #158

Right now, there's no limit on how many times can a long comment be split, resulting in a flood of comments when something goes wrong or extremely long content is produced somehow. It would be a good idea to add a maximum amount of split comments (e.g. 20) to avoid such issues.
