Context
Our CI is currently testing with juju 3.4 which has been bugfix-EOL since end of August, see reference. We need to update the juju snap version being installed in all of our repos to use juju 3.5/stable.
During the release of CKF 1.9, we went with juju 3.4 due to some issues we hit using 3.5, the issues are documented in this comment. It seems that all the issues there have fix released, so we can now bump the juju version to 3.5.
What needs to get done
Send a cannon run to replace juju 3.4 with 3.5 in all our repos.
Definition of Done
All of our repos are testing with juju 3.5/stable.
