Context

Create a rockcraft project for the gcr.io/knative-releases/knative.dev/operator/cmd/webhook image

What needs to get done

  1. Create the rockcraft.yaml for the operator image based on the Dockerfile
  2. Write the sanity tests for the rock

Definition of Done

A directory with a rockcraft project and sanity tests is added in this repository and the container image resulting from it is published in the team's Dockerhub registry.
