Context

In order to write the github-profiles-automator charm, we need a repository with the proper file structure similar to our other charms

What needs to get done

  1. Create a new repository in the kubeflow team
  2. Create an initial commit with a README.md and the file structure
  3. Enable branch protections

Definition of Done

The kubeflow team has a repository for the github-profiles-automator charm, with the standard file structure that we use on all other charms.
