Context

After we know how to fetch profile information, we should write an informational spec explaining how to do that, and how to convert that information to the PMR notation that is described in the Profile Automation spec

What needs to get done

  1. Document the process of fetching the profile information, as well as any other necessary steps, to a document

Definition of Done

  1. An informational spec containing all relevant information on fetching the profiles information from Github
