ci: Bump microk8s to the one used in CKF 1.10 #1157

Context

As part of preparation for CKF 1.10 dependency upgrades, we need to do a canon run to bump microk8s to the one used for CKF 1.10. Right now, it's not possible since https://github.com/kubeflow/community/issues/767 proposes 1.32/1.33 which have not been released yet. This is about charm, rocks and bundle repositories (AKS, EKS etc).

What needs to get done

Bump microk8s in charm, rock and bundle repositories.

Definition of Done

All charm, rock and bundle repositories use microk8s according to issue above.
