Based on the exploration done #1161, we need to write the How to guide and publish it.

What needs to get done

  1. Write the How to guide in a gdoc
  2. Have it reviewed by TA
  3. Create discourse post and publish it to charmedkubeflow.io

Definition of Done

How to guide is approved and published to the website.
