When the new version is released, we should update the Packaged Distributions section section on the upstream documentation page.

What needs to get done

Submit a PR in the kubeflow/website repo with the updated information.

Definition of Done

The page in the upstream Kubeflow documentation has been updated with version 1.10 in Canonical's row
