Prompt users to copy their `juju status` when submitting a bug #860

Context

juju status contains also the charms revisions. This way, we can enhance an issue's reproducibility, since we 've hit issues where we couldn't reproduce an issue e.g. https://github.com/canonical/bundle-kubeflow/issues/847

What needs to get done

Modify the bug template in all CKF repositories to prompt users to copy their juju status (probably in the Environment section). This could probably be done with a canon run.

Definition of Done

All bug templates include the above solution.
