Write a script for deploying CKF 1.9 in airgapped #914

Context

PR https://github.com/canonical/bundle-kubeflow/pull/908 was sent to add a script for deploying 1.8 bundle in airgapped. To test 1.9 in airgapped, we will need to make another copy of this script and modify it as necessary, to be able to test 1.9 with that script.

What needs to get done

Create and test the script to deploy 1.9 in airgapped

Definition of Done

script to deploy CKF 1.9 is merged in the bundle-kubeflow repo.
