This commit updates the latest bundle definition to match the latest charm changes (e.g. config options, relations, trust, etc.)

Part of #958

If we 're using latest/beta bundle.yaml file, we 'll need to bring in more changes that are missing compared to latest/edge one.

updated both to be the same.
