Change "Login" to "Login / Sign-up" #2

Since we use SSO for login, people who want to register for an account will need to click on Login and then sign up on U1. This is not apparent, so I think it would make sense to change Login to Login / Sign-up in the header.

If we can, maybe it would make sense to upstream a patch that automatically changes that if Indico is configured with SSO
