Adapt to new Indico 3.3 design system #25

Indico 3.3 has made some adaptions that give us more CSS variables. Also, as a result, there are some theme differences we need to adapt to. Indico 3.3 will be release soon (tm), and if soon enough I'd like to get this deployed well before Madrid. Varshi is aware and ready to deploy once it is out.

For that we'd need someone to look at the changes and make sure everything is well, and maybe change some of our overrides to use variables instead.

@kewisch the work on this task has been planned for the Pulse that ends March 22nd.
