Adds fixes for broken top navigation #27

Changes based on UX review from @Sophie-32:

Removes unneeded navigation items (which is basically all of them): Home Create event My profile Room booking
Renames Administration to Admin settings
Removes the 'category title' which was left of the search bar and aligns the search bar items better

Other fixes:

Makes /rooms/book page accessible
Updates copyright date in the footer and automates it
Formatting

QA

Check the above has been applied as described
Check no other styling is broken
