Microsites meganav links are illegible

Summary

After upgrading to v 4.8.0 links using the p-link--inverted class on the meganav have become illegible.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to any microsite or bubble using the meganav on c.com, for example https://canonical.com/data or https://canonical.com/microcloud
2. Click on 'All Canonical'
3. See this:
