feat: build /careers/hiring-process

• Built new page as per doc and design
• Added link to it in careers nav under "Working here"

• Drive by:
  • bumped Vanilla version
  • removed the bottom margin of highlighted rules above cards with darker backgrounds to avoid this

On tablet/mobile: If you click a tab and drag slightly, it will not open but will get background highlighting. This is also present on Vanilla, so out of scope for this PR cc: @bartaz

@Sophie-32 At the bottom of /careers there is a a section 'Working here', that seems to reflect the 'Working here' section found in the meganav. Should we add a link to this page there also?

This seems to be an issue of touch fake "hover" being applied. I'm not sure if there is much we can do about it.

THat makes sense, there's a similar section we can add it to under 'Company Culture'

I am not sure how to navigation the section 'Our hiring process' when using a screen reader (Orca) and a keyboard. But I believe this is due to my own lack of skill with these tools. Can you advise me how to proceed please?

@mtruj013 - I got some clarification on navigation. We should add 'Hiring process' to the Careers section navigation under 'Working here' and remove 'FAQs' since its linked on the Hiring process page.
