Since we changed the JMX agent to be the one shipped by https://github.com/instaclustr/cassandra-exporter, the metric names changed, and this affects the built-in Grafana dashboards. We should adjust for Juju topology and ship the dashgboards provided at https://github.com/instaclustr/cassandra-exporter/tree/master/grafana/instaclustr
