Form factor specific page should remain if only vendor is selected

On the /certifitcation?form=<form_factor> page, if a user selects a different form-factor (Desktop, laptop, IoT etc) from the filters, then the header of the page changes to the generic search results header (correct behaviour).

However, if the user doesn't select a different form factor but they select a vendor, then shouldn't the results page still remain on the form-factor specific header?
