Add a debug switch to tell zaza to keep the model around #37

Zaza has a switch --keep-faulty-model that prevents the destruction of a faulty model, to allow for further troubleshooting. This commit adds a workflow switch to invoke this functionality from the CI.

I hope the syntax is correct, it's hard to debug actions

closing this for now. We're really close to switching to the new runners so this solution may need to be completely rethought
