When using Keystone v3, the identity relation doesn't pass enough (or appropriate information) in order to allow the relation to work - the workaround is to specify the creds in a dict in config, but that presents the password in plain text in the config and does not allow us to automate the entire cloud.

(by aieri) Not sure when it happened, but this got fixed. Receiving credentials over the relationship with keystone works fine in v16.
