identity relation does not pass enough info for Keystone v3, and so doesn't work #112

When using Keystone v3, the identity relation doesn't pass enough (or appropriate information) in order to allow the relation to work - the workaround is to specify the creds in a dict in config, but that presents the password in plain text in the config and does not allow us to automate the entire cloud.
