Floating IP ports should not be reported #164

This continuation of bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/charm-openstack-service-checks/+bug/2031547

In OVN does not matter whether Floating IP is associated and or not there is related networking port which is always in N/A state. These ports are reported as Warning

I wonder whether it should be reported at all.
