Update README to use correct charmstore source #81

Currently, the README shows this line as the correct deployment method:

$ juju deploy cs:~canonical-bootstack/openstack-service-checks

however, this points to an older and deprecated [0] version of the charm, and should be removed to prevent user confusion.
