Update promulgated version to point to llama-charmers instead of bootstack-charmers #82

The current promulgated version of the o-s-c charm can be found like so:

$ charm show cs:openstack-service-checks OpenStack Services NRPE Checks

However, this points to the bootstack-charmers' version of the charm, and should instead point to llama-charmer's version, as denoted in the deprecated version [0] as the correct source of the project.
