docs: Uses NMS instead of curls for managing sd-core

Description

Now that we have the NMS to operate SD-Core, we are updating the tutorial to use it instead of curls. We are also using traefik so that reaching NMS is done through an ingress. This includes screenshots of the NMS the outcome more obvious:
