Tutorial for operating SD-Core #8

Description

Addition of a tutorial for operating SD-Core. This tutorial guides new users to:

Bootstrap a Juju controller
Deploy SD-Core
Configure SD-Core
Integrate with Observability
Run the 5G radio simulation
Destroy the environment

Notes

For a reason I don't yet understand, it is necessary to deploy sdcore-router before the rest of the core network. Once we understand why, we should fix this behavior (probably through Juju integrations) and update the tutorial accordingly.
