Add tests to CI deploying the kafka and zk snaps. Since we do not provide default authentication, we can either:
1) Create a user for Kafka-Karapace connection and then a user for Karapace to create schemas. Validate schema creation.
2) Connect Karapace as-is. Accept Kafka authorization error logs as good enough to check that Karapace is connecting to Kafka.
