Context

Explore the option of optimizing the running time of the UAT. The UAT's purpose is to confirm that the controller works rather than perform full and accurate training. This was done for Katib in https://github.com/canonical/charmed-kubeflow-uats/pull/93.

What needs to get done

Explore and improve (if possible) the running time of the training-operator UAT

Definition of Done

Training-operator requires less time to complete.
