Expand docs for updating openstack_lookup.csv #464

Initial docs are being added in #449 , but it would be good to add details for finding the version for each service listed there. There are examples in the doc for designate-bind and gnocchi. We can expand that to a full table or list for all services, with instructions for where to find the upper and lower version constraints.

@chanchiwai-ray added more instructions to the docs in https://github.com/canonical/charmed-openstack-upgrader/pull/591 , so I think we can simply close this now, as I think we have enough docs now. What do you think? cc @jneo8

Closing, because I think the docs cover enough now. We can open new issues if we find something specific that needs improving. :)
