charm: manila channel: wallaby/stable rev: 174

The version show on juju status is:

manila                    wallaby  active       3  manila                    wallaby/stable  174  no       Unit is ready

The Version column show the wallaby, which will cause COU failed to verify the workload version.

Need to confirm:

Is this charm's bug?
If not a bug, does COU need to support this case? (This option is high effort)
