Fail to run audio/detect_sinks

Bug Description

During the SRU testing, I found some DUTs can't run audio related test due to the permission issue.

To Reproduce

1. checkbox-cii control x.x.x.x
2. select any audio test that using pactl command

Environment

• OS: ubuntu 22.04
• Checkbox type: Deb
• Checkbox version: 4.0.0~dev271~ubuntu22.04.1

Relevant log output
