Add Sierra Forest and Granite Rapids to cpuid #1398

Enhancement Proposal

Add following lines to CPUIDS array:

"Sierra Forest": ['0xa06f3'],
"Granite Rapids": ['0xa06e0', '0xa06d0'],

I have a modified cpuid.py I can put into a PR but don't have permissions for this repo.

I've tested my cpuid.py it on three granite rapids systems and one sierra forest system.

Granite Rapids XCC-SP
Granite Rapids UCC-AP
Granite Rapids-D
Sierra Forest
