Disk cases cannot be executed on NVMe storage #1424

Bug Description

We're running Ubuntu 24.04 certification test on our NPI server with NVMe SSD installed, but I found the stress cases of Disk skipped or cannot be executed during test, I'd like to know what caused this symptom?

To Reproduce

  1. configure maas server
  2. connect the SUT into maas test environment
  3. commission successfully
  4. Deployment successfully
  5. Run certify-ubuntu-server
  6. collect the log and find there is no disk stress related cases in the log

Environment

  1. OS: Ubuntu 24.04
  2. Checkbox 4.1.0
  3. MAAS: 3.4.1
